SAFC is an add-on. Low level of air-fuel controller management. We dont really use it. Only spiroth has it. And it's actually not necessary.

CEL, you can try to clean all the sensors. Because CEL might indicate serious problems.

If from the inside, it might be from the compartment box, armrest, or inner side of the door panel. But since you mentioned only happen from 100-140, there is a possibility due to tires alignment/balancing which vibrates the car and make something rattles or touching each other.

Hopefully. But big chance, it is because of the bulb. I'm not sure if the clock and odometer light has a fuse.

The door got krek2 sound try spray WD40 at all hinges or check door alignment. I had mine sound like this but after spray WD40 & add UR bars no sound ady.

Anyway the priority is to check Check Engine Light.
