So what did you decide?

Just my two cents. If you don't have any other offer, just take the work experience any company willing to offer. You can always jump ship if a more established oil and gas company offers you a job. Just think of it like this, 6 months work experience is more valuable than 6 months waiting and hoping for the 'right' company. Every year you work you'll be more valuable. Don't need to think about money with less than 3 years work experience. Choose a job with good prospects and money will follow with experience.

Try google Hays Oil and Gas Global Salary Guide 2012. You will see that last year Subsea Engineer is in demand and hence the higher salary in that career path. If you read up on news in Malaysia regarding subsea also you will see that the career path will be valuable here as well.

Update: Now have the 2013 issue. http://hays.clikpages.co.uk/Oil_and_Gas_Salary_Guide_2013/

where i can start in first step... what i need to do in first step?

I had this problem before. Always wanting everything to be spoon fed. Then I was thrown into the real world. I found that it is best to try out for myself and learn from my own experience first and then asked based on what I have tried.

My managers would not have the time to teach me everything A-Z. My job is to make my bosses' job easier. The least I can do is show them the effort that I have tried and at least he/she has an idea of what I am thinking and can guide me on how to improve my thinking process.

In case you still need it:
1st step. Find information on the company and how they do their recruitment. You will find that most big companies do their recruitment online as well as join recruitment fairs.

Good luck!
