Good for you to get a new system. Im still with limited budget. Now using C2Q Q9550 and GTX570. Disabled the motion blur, it really makes me blur... 

Yesterday play a bit late, around 11pm only start, due to PC problem. 

See if can play again later tonight.

guys! i just got my beta keys last week, still playing around with the trial mechs.

i wonder whats up with the xp gain? coz up to date i still havent got any xp gain even tho manage to assist and all :/

anyway, im still using trial mech, really love to play scout ;D

Hawken may not suit me, im too old for that. LOL. Too fast and furious. haven't give it a try though. But i prefer MW more due to my gaming history. haha

Cheesenium, you playing Project Cars right? How is it? No thread opened for the game? I just registered there and put you as referer, lol. It is already kickstarted before? Will try search for info online later at night. 

No offense, MWO doesnt even feel like playing a Mech Warrior game with all these pay wall covering most of the content. I like customising my mechs back in older mechwarriors or just charge into a battle and have fun. In MWO, you cant really do that because you need to pay up or grind for new chassis or weapons. If not, cough up tonnes of C Bills to fix your mech every match. The payment model is very intrusive, to be honest and being a free player, it is just so difficult to enjoy. My principle towards free to play games is, if i cant even enjoy the game as a free to play player, i wont be paying them because that would mean that i have to be paying for microtransaction continuously to enjoy it.

Coming as a person who loved Mechwarrior, MWO is just garbage. It could just beta is beta crap, but if they keep it this way, they wont be seeing a cent from me. I know some free to play games sucked when they are in open beta, namely Tribes Ascend that actually became much better after release, i do hope MWO will be like this too.

I am not playing much of Project CARS at the moment, until i save enough money for a full member access. It is kinda underwhelming playing the game as a Junior as so many content are locked to higher membership so, i stopped playing. Project CARS has been kickstarted since late last year, and it has been going on for more than a year now. It is pretty good, but it feels much more like a sim than a console racing game so this game might not be suitable for everyone. Very happy with the progress so far, as SMS has been quite transparent so far. You can join the development of Project CARS at http://www.wmdportal.com/

I did pledged in a few other kickstarter projects, such as Project Eternity, Planetary Annihilation, Star Citizen, Nekro, Grim Dawn and Distance. Hopefully they will turn out to be good as i am getting very tired with publisher's meddling in game development or great franchise being ruined by  free to play model. I think not every game works well with free to play model, some games worked very well, like League of Legends or Dota 2, while others just terrible. It is mainly due to the implementation though.
