check out the stickies man..there are a bunch of awesome guidelines if u're cutting from the pros...
but to summarize...
1. calculate ur daily calories needed..
2. minus 500 calories from that in your actual food intake..
3. train like mad...sleep like mad...
4. enjoy the results

the number of meals you take in is irrelevant. focus more on your daily caloric requirements or carbs/proteins/fats.

good luck.

meal plans would be different for everyone, depending on the following (as per a basic calorie calculator to start):

http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm

then, what I normally do is split the calories into meals, depending on the individuals...

1. proposed training time
2. job/daily activities
3. goal

need to bulkup little bit more bro.. if posible go up to 76-78kg, from there try to cut down you fat% to 12%.

since you just started, i belive you still have plenty of rooms to grow. just increase your calorie intake bit by bit until you gain to.

more details is needed,
age, height,weight
calorie intake daily.
protin intake daily.

i beleive at your height you should be around 74-76kg with 12-14% body fat.

to see ur 6pack need to drop to minimum 12%-10%
