I just bought my first pure digital G-Shock and it's losing 1 second every 2 days. Is this because it is very hot here compared to EU/USA? I read G-Shocks usually gain time and not lose time. Can anyone comment on their G-Shock performance, is it faster or slower?

This is weird. Today, when I checked against https://time.is it is still slow by 1s and did not lose anytime.
Is it normal for quartz watches to lose time sometimes and not other times? This is quite different from my mechanical watch which if it loses 1s every 2 days it will continue to do so.

On a positive note, my replacement G was manufactured on the 356th day of 2017, pretty cool. Can’t be the first, then be the last hahaha...

How come they cancel if with make the payment in the first place. What method of payment that you use?

So far I'm using Paypal and never experience any cancellation.

Has anyone here tried adjusting the trimmer on their G-Shocks?

recently my protrek seems to be out of sync..at least the analogue hand. It kept showing 10.10 but digital area is OK. Checked Home Town timing set is OK...and digital time also show OK, but analogue hand is not.

Any idea how to adjust this? Tried googling, but all also about changing digital time or Home Town time..nothing on adjusting analogue hand.

Last time i remember need to set the analogue hand to 12.00...but tried few times dunno how to set it back.

Anyone any idea?

tried that. downloaded the PDF and also went through the manual booklet that comes with it..both also teaches you how to set the Home Town time only..but not the manual (annalogue) hand when the digital time is correct.

So no matter how i follow the booklet, it only teaches me how to set the digital time

i know..the problem is..i dunno which button to press or what sequence to set the analogue hand...that's the problem lol
