hence my advise against recond distributor units. had similar experiences myself btw.
1999 iswara aeroback? maybe 5k or something

ps: being cheated by con workshops is not so much the car's fault, is more to either your fault, and/or the con man's fault smile.gif

RM400 only? Hehe that's cheap.

Last time I sat in a Savvy with defective wheel bearing. The sound really terrible, like what you described. Maybe you can try pinpoint which tyre it comes from then take it out and check. Maybe is the brake rotors/drum also..
*
monthly rm 400

check out in workshop, he say it might be the lower arm and drive shaft problem ....cost around rm 500-600

shit....... salary havent out leh

tml go another workshop to double confirm

3 week only , water ? missing breather rubber cap can does that , if water gets in it can ruin ur bearing inside , tough luck there .
*
yea... after he replaced the lubricant and i ask meto drive a while and see..the sound getting louder.... i turn back and tell him.... he drive and drive, and at the end it found the problemg from the brake pad.....brake pad no more.... kanasai...

he tell me reason that usually if brake pad no more, it only will sound when braking but now my car got sound when driving, so he think it is not the brake pad problem...

waste my time doh.gif

Sharing some info of changing autochoke repair-kit DIY with friend:

First you will need to get a autochoke repair kit in sparepart shop (just a sample repair kit may not exact because I forgot to took pic):
user posted image

1. Sifu Weng which very professional diy member in club saga iswara forum, helping me on removing all the necessary parts:

2. (see below pic)

- Remove air filter & air filter base (If you have UR bar remove as well.)
- Prepare a clean cloth to cover your engine part because removing the hose will get some coolant leak.
- (5) loosen the water hose.
- (3) remove nut
- (4) untight the spring
- (1)& (2) remove the screw bolt carefully (try some WD40/lightly knock with hummer if is too tight, because our trial has loosen the screw T_T)

*After that carefully remove the auto choke component. (The gasket maybe stick a bit on the carb side, dont worry you will get a new gasket in the kit)

user posted image

3. You can how it looks like after take out the autochoke.
B & A is the essential component that cause autochoke not function (e.g morning cold start you get jerk)
user posted image

Clean up the dirt & oil surrounding before re-assemble back all the parts. And there you go a brand new morning start that wont get jerkk!

(Soory for less detail photo and guide because only snapped few photo while in the process..)

well the car i am aiming to buy is 120k+
insurance is easily around/over 4k.

assuming shits do not happen, i only need 3 years to get back the money i spent on this car.

and since it is a new car. id probably treat it more carefully and save the stupid shits for my old car lol
*
this RM4K insurance claim better than i sell off to used car dealer. they offer me RM2k only

now i really want to sell off my proton iswara aeroback 1.3cc, anyone interested?

i willing let go for rm3200.... 1999 year make
