It is hard to ask support to hold but we can encourage owners not to go so low at the unknown price to be in future later. Just wait till VP and whats the market outlook will determine the new base line price for the area. Eventhough sell at any point of time with the price we paid for the unit, tak rugi langsung. Wrong moves by owners will cost the rest normally. If area got enough new launching up n up n up the price, we are clapping our way to the bank.

To me, no buyer = no market, silk definately got market except to those fear of unseen next door. For me, this is the only project that can fetch gross ROI around 40%+ easily by VP depends on your entry. E.g. from less than rm300psf to now abt rm400psf as discussed by forum already yields gross 30+%. Taking into consideration prop will slow down or what not, price range of this prop will be sought after due to affordability makes it easy to sell or many couples easy to get loan. For rent, dont expect much and it will be hard imo. MRT is not that near also can be a selling point (Pro). If it reaches 500psf, i wont stop people from selling. Once sold, it creates a benchmark for silk and the next owner sell will benefit normally. This is not medium-high prop concept, so i dont expect too much (not bull run style).

Have to lor since first floor special unit facing pool. Fortunate saved on rm1k every floor up.
