Its still on LO only, if the bank overlook the 70% LTV, but they still can retract the loan offer if they found the error during loan document preparation.

If drop out the time, lagi susah to revert all because u will kena hefty penalty from developer and loan lawyer for the error done

Better make sure all in accordance. They might overlook the 70% LTV now but if they found out later, they still can abolished and charge u for that. Because u had signed off a declare form that this loan will not be the 3rd and so on property under u. Some banks do requires u to sign off the declare form before proceed the LO.

Just make sure u read all the things u signed

IMHO, apply outside means using their own loan lawyer instead of developer lawyer. Meaning if developer got free SPA legal fee, u might end up paying the SPA legal fee yourself if you want to use different loan lawyer.

is it compulsory we need engaged ms k help to submit d loan application? why totally two different BLR in same bank? I hv same situation with u too, ms k told me MBB offer to me-2.2, but when I checked with MBB myself, they actually can gv -2.4. Further worst was I found up MBB did not received my application at all in their system. omg..really dunno how true is her words... anyone faced d same problem?

I just found out my loan document is channeling to a mortgage agent instead directly to bank agent. I afraid the 3rd part mortgage officer might abuse my P&C document for other purpose like getting annoying calls offering me loan and other services.

I still prefer go direct with bank officer upon AP received.

Guys...mind telling me whats the minimum MRTA or MLTA that you need to take from RHB or Public Bank?
Can they add into the loan too?

only thing silk residence same with setia walk is facing main road

SA agents advised they can assist to submit loans to RHB and Public Bank.
RHB offer is BLR -2.4% + 90% loan.
Public Bank offer depends on your profile.

ermm ... u ask them do whatever u want loo ... after some time, they will get used to the normal routine and you can just monitor them and they do their work.  PM me if you want their contact.  But they only cover BMC/Sg Long from Friday - Sunday. The rest of the days they cover other area.
