start from RM520-RM600/sqft x area (sqft), the smallest is higher rate, the biggest size is lowest rate, for assumption 1st..... price list havnt confirm.... and free two car parks, free legal fee & SPA,

MRTA is paid to the bank.. why need nomination ??

u just need to make arrangement in your will to nominate who gets the property once the debt is piad

MRTA is the cheapest way of getting coverage, as so it make sure base on projected outstanding balance is paid to bank... the rest is still up for u or your family to decide..

- will or legal testament
- even legally married wife can be still challenge by in parent in law, children etc.. unless husband n wife both have names in SPA

Thats why some of my customer prefer paying extra for MLTA for the cash back & coverage + assignment of nominee/beneficiary

I think the most accurate figure on how much to pay and when is the due date is to call up your bank, they will sent letter asking you to pay but given the efficiency of our beloved Pos Malaysia, its late most of the time ...

call ur RHB Agent, tell ur situation, they will follow up for you and advise u accordingly. This is what u pay their service for.
