My tenant complaint that there are many foreign wotkers staying here. Bus kilang send them back.... soon or later Silk Residence will become foreigner quarters.

Most are asking 1,000 - 1,300 for the rental. But indeed there r too many investors for this silk incl the area agents.

Condition i would say reasonable.. jmb is ok la.. not much noise even most of the factory workers from balakong stay here.. maybe last time got objection but nowdays owner need to accept foreign workers since dont think those with family wanna stay here
