Most are asking 1,000 - 1,300 for the rental. But indeed there r too many investors for this silk incl the area agents.

Agreed stimes we just need to cut lost at certain point. Saw few agent friends who bought earlier are suffering in selling their units in FB as well.

Just don't quite understand why otherwise it could serve as good learning point already. Size is good with accessibility and high visibility.
