More projects completion inkambing.
This area really do need time to digest all the supply. A side note, saw some posting bout AKASA by Hup Seng are selling quite well with some people giving it figure like 70% booked. Seems like lots of people still see the bright future in this area. Not a bad thing. |

a lot of PH because of an agent keep renting to PH. I bet many owners dunno the tenant is PH until they met but is too late because they used other race as proxy to rent the house.
