this Tuesday midnite got tenants trapped in lift - 2 girl 1 chinese guy around 11.30pm.
press the lift bell, no guard come to assist immediately. luckily one of the African tenant noted as they knock the lift loudly. Later on the guard came and inform them they have to wait for lift Techician to come and cannot call for Bomba giving reason "BOMBA WILL SPOIL THE LIFT". . Waited around 1 hour, lift Technician not yet come and finally they just call Bomba to open the lift door. Bomba came 12am ++ , lift Technician 1.20am. There is no emergency plan and training given to Guard. They rather let the residents waited to die and not let them call bomba giving reason "BOMBA WILL SPOIL THE LIFT". And yet the trapped for 1.5 hour. Imagine if there is no oxygen in the lift. I called for lowyat owners to question the management office what is the emergency action plan shall any emergency cases arise. |

normally developer appointed guard cannot pakai one.
need wait until JMB formed and appoint appropriated guard services |
