lol... this project is tie up with bank d, mean bank will follow the developer loan lawyer..... haha so dont need worried, just prepare about 6-7 k for loan agreement will do...pls correct me if i m wrong ...tq

just back from sales office...
now left 7 unit 1124 sft only..
and now can apply for cimb and rhb d.....
cimb is offer 80%
RHB is offer 90% , may able offer blr -2.4%...
