i've been in and out of europe for a few times already recently, imigration officers never bother to boot up my laptop to see whether i have genuine software. But they do verify if the laptop in brought in from oversea and they can charge some duty fees(taxes) on it.

French immigration never bother to see if u have authentic nike/addidas products as well.. imagine there's 60 millions visitors a year, they are not going to open each baguages.
