To Phuket
Which is better way : Change money here/ the country?
How abt the rates...
If we withdrawal using their bank, is there any extra charges?

Sometime changing here is better because you can go around and do your survey at your own time and pace.

Maybank charges RM12 for each transaction for withdrawal using debit card.

yep i did. it just fits into the dimensions. i'm just worried that backpacks tend to be more bulky than trolley bags so they may hv problem with that. alternatively i check in the backpack and bring bigger carry on.

Yes, that may be the case. Sometimes the person at the check-in counter would require you to check-in the backpack and not bring it on board. Like what you say, backpacks are always bulkier compared to trolley bags. It all comes back to the person at the check-in counter.

For AirAsia, if my bag dimension is bigger than the hand carry allowable size, but the bag is soft so I can still squeeze it into the airport 'size measurement jig', is it ok to bring it onboard?
*
Slightly bigger? Or way bigger? But then, my laptop bag sometimes also like that as I stuff my jackets and my DSLR bag into the laptop bag as well. I can get through normally so it might not be a problem. But just for a note, my bag even with the camera and laptop in it is still considered light. It just looks bulky.

Hi all,

Can I bring 5200/10400 MaH in hand carry luggage?
Please advice.

Hand carry, no issues. But depending on the numbers that you bring. Now for check-in, most places not allowed anymore.
