I'm also using Celcom. However, whenever I reach a foreign country, first thing i'll do is just get a local sim card so it's easier to get in touch with friends and cheaper too.

yaya. getting local sim card is so much economical. easily can get it from 7-11/convenience store

for hb, he will on his roaming...but he wont answer his incoming call, but will use the local sim card (another phone ie mine!) to return his client's call. PS:- for digi, remember to cancel ur voice mail service..if not later ended up there is a huge charges on it
(hmm i remember for our 1 week at india, his roaming bill is rm300++ , but he never answered his phone, he just let it ring.. only when come back & enquired on d charges, they said all is voice mail. apala... told him to pick up & simple said he was at overseas vmad.gif )

Since you already have a foreign local sim card, you can use international call forwarding service to forward all incoming calls from Malaysia callers to your foreign local phone number at a very cheap rate (example India is 10sen /min). No need to call back the caller, just answer the phone and take your time to talk coz it only cost you 10sen per min,
