Based on my experience, for China, Beijing capital was the strictest where an officer looked at my power bank carefully and read the label on it.

Shanghai and Hainan Island is less strict. An officer just had a look at it and read the label for few seconds.

Not sure about power bank without label / label without indication of output but I would assume it would be confiscated at Beijing.

For other countries, for the countries i've visited in the last 2 years (around 15), generally western countries are stricter than eastern countries (but not to the extend of Beijing). They will read the label and look at the power bank for few seconds while eastern countries officers did not even touch it.

China Guangzhou airport also very strict. Have to take out shoes and sock too. They read your boarding ticket name word by word compare to Passport.
All hand carry luggage have to put into a special machine to check your bag have contain any explosive powder or not.

what i meant was, i have my luggage but i have not sent them into the cargo(?)
but i have already got my boarding pass because of early check in.

from what you're saying, i'm to show my boarding pass to them, then they will take my luggage
and tell me the gate number. is that it?

Hi guys,

First time I am going to take Firefly from Subang Airport to Penang, according to firefly website, we can early online check in in 7 days, got few question need your help:

Q1: after we online check in with firefly, do we still need to print the physical boarding pass and carry with us to the airport?

Q2: after we online check in with firefly, when arrive airport, just go straight to the security screen - departure waiting area?

Q3: if after online check in, how many hour we need to reach subang airport?

Q4: do they have any F&B inside the departure waiting area? or we need to take the meal at the main lobby before the security screen?

Thank you in advance.

Have a blissful day/

Q1 : No need
Q2: Yes
Q3: 60 minute. Subang Airport sometimes got accident specially round-about section.
Q4: Got, Waiting Hall got O'Brian Sandwiches & 7-11. Best was taking meal before security check.
