What is the term and condition? Is it based on availability at the check in or confirmed? Normally if its a confirmed upgrade, you will see your room has been upgraded once you have paid and get the confirmation.

Hi all. My wife & I will be travelling on Air Asia with our 3 kids, so in total we have 35kg of cabin luggage allowance. Definitely my kids cannot carry 7kg each, so I've checked with Air Asia's Online Chat personnel and he confirmed that the 7kg weight can be combined and packed in fewer number of bags. Refer to the screenshot below. Hope this will help others since I initially cannot find the answer online. 

I think it's correct since he mentioned about the bag's dimension. I'm not aware of any restriction on check in luggage's size/dimension.

What he meant was although we can combine the 7kg for each 5 person into fewer bags (instead of 5 bags), each bag shd be <32kg. Since I have total 35kg for carry on, I must use min 2 bags,
max 5 bags.

Carry on each bag max limit 7kg because of safety issue. I saw parents rearranging their carry on with their kids at the gate because exceed 7kg which is similar to your case. The CSO is talking about check in luggage, you see they use the word baggage in the end.

So I've bought this air ticket from AirAsia via online transaction to Bali. So for now I just wait until my travel date and print out the Air Asia Travel Itinerary emailed to me? Coz I see there are booking numbers in it. So on that day I just bring the Travel Itinerary and use it to exchange with actual tickets? And also in the email there's this link, View and Print Travel Itinerary. So I assume we must print it out to exchange with actual tickets?

And also what is a Web-Check In?

This is my first time buying flight tickets on my own. So kinda blur. Hope u guys can give like step of procedure on what to do on that day itself. 

ok, so basically, I just perform Web Check-In anytime between 14 days to 1 hour before departure, print out the Boarding Pass and I'm good to go?

Recently I got delayed flight for over 20hr at Kix, Mas, gave ~rm500 + one meal allowance.
Upon return home I made insurance claim of flight delay, according policy I shud be compensated bout rm300 x every 6 hr block bout rm900. The claim rejected bcos it says I was adequately compensated Mas when I stranded at airport. Where can I make complain on this kind BS.

Nope. Cannot. Finish all your liquid bought (unless it's sealed liquor) before 2nd security check.

After the 2nd security check only you can fill up your water bottles. I dunno why they don't sell water bottles after 2nd security check. Each gate has a water dispenser somewhere though. If packed then need to queue cause only 1 of the water dispenser can be used to fill even though there's 2 there (water pressure not enough).
