What you want to play?
Tanky or range shooter?

1hand crossbow have the least dmg but high att speed and you could equip shield with it or dual wield.

2h xbow on the other hand have the highest dmg but the slowest att speed.

Most SC will equip a 2h xbow as it provides the highest dmg output and most HC will equip a 1h xbow to equip a shield.

but regen still sux...

Yes, after change to legend one hand bow LV 63, my dps shoot up to 62k dps without ss!!

Imo 30k would take a long time to kill elites?

I just noticed Vault:ToC procs critical as well.. as I noticed my Night Stalker passive got proc'd like hell and kept regening during azmodan fight.
