I'm still contemplating of hard-resetting my Lumia 920 to see if my battery will be better calibrated. There will be times when the unit will heat up and the battery will drain super fast. Someone in WPCentral mentioned that a hard reset should fix it but I don't know if the backup/restore is similar to the iOS where everything (except the apps) is restored. My main concern is my whatsapp chat history. Has anyone tried a hard reset and restore? Does your whatsapp history comes back after the restore? mix radio have to download manually, at least for me. battery runs flat from 69 to 39 in a jippy... scary mang
