QUOTE(rogrog @ Dec 7 2012, 07:20 AM) Nope notice when its shaking you can already see the OIS working because the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 shakes more than the Nokia Lumia 920. It reduce shake in imaging and video capture. If you look at both view vinder notice the Lumia 920 shake less thats how amazing the float lens is. Added on December 7, 2012, 7:25 am QUOTE(s7ran9er @ Dec 7 2012, 07:17 AM) thanks sifu i underestimated the 920 OIS. How i wish this is on the 808 PureviewIf you ask anyone thats into photography they know what ISO 100 is like on low light even on a DSLR. Average consumers just want something dumb, something easy for them to access without the knowledge of operating them, something that pull out of your pocket and works so ISO100 seems to be pretty alien to them.
that's pretty good result. Now, just to wait for a few more months to see whether they slap in the real Pureview tech into this machine while waiting for the Windows Store's apps catalog to build up. I've just let go my Lumia 900 and traded with an android device, so far so good. Then again, as I've said, waiting for the dream to come true, if there's any. Side news: smartphone penetration rate in S'pore is 150%+ (when I've attended a tech conference, thats what the Media Corp lady says), so we should be seeing, maybe... a person to own few devices in the future? Point is i have push the limits from my knowledge so for average consumer its very good feature if they buy it without them listening to review i giving it from my perspective.

Whatsapp will be 6 times faster
But still don't know when it will be back in the window store. They better be quick, whatsapp is a must have for many ppl. QUOTE While WhatsApp may be available for anyone trying to avoid text messaging fees on Windows Phone 7 it seems like its release on Windows Phone 8 might be a way off. This week one eager WhatsApp user contacted the app's support team and was told that it was not known when it would become available. However he was informed that it would be six times faster than the current version of the app for Windows Phone and will come with new emoticons. |
