AH is for bling bling legendary or for MF

which is why AH price will go down the drain, the game will have better leverage between the rich and the average players.

when the servers are flooded with high paragon leveled players, not to mention good items do drop for random low lvl players too, what would the AH turn like?

depends, how long would botters saturate the gold market to what extent, what future patch would blizz introduce, how greedy majority AH seller is, and how lucrative will the RMAH last.

more importantly, what exactly each person looks for in this game.

from my personal point of view, i dont feel like my time or joy is well spent in it already compared to what other games have to offer. even with the 1.0.4, i just feel meh....

gold botters are quite dead already...bcuz of the game limit enable...last time sarkoth and core areat were the most famous gold botting ground...just imagine..a DH vault from checkpoint to inside sarkoth ..killed it and logoff..in 12-16 sec...and rinse repeat that..a 300%++ GF DH would make around 500K-600K perhour doing that..

bliz is very wise to impose that game limit ...the original botters have left behind the golf farming and now go into item farming...which is why their prefered char were the barbarian and monk cuz of the survivability...

either way..im seeing that the AH economy might have a chance to re-stabilize back..cuz the gold farmer are dead and the gold demand are decreasing by the day cuz they are running out of gold supplier..

and RMAH might rise to become the major player...lol and its in bliz favour..after all...lastly

p's: even so..gold can still be botted but ..it is still not as lucrative as before.....

not so sure, hard to say if the botting market will ever die down, as long as ppl are playing the game and there is a demand, the scumbags live on, any online based game is the same, no matter what system D3 impose on it, there is no decent gold sink that is good enough to rid off the excessive gold that is already flooding the econ other than repair fees and transaction fee, those are small amount anyways lol, but doing that, it cost legit players alot more harm than help. but hard to say lah...

I hardly want to spent gold already. With the current patch of game I can safely farm A3 for (at least) decent items for both self use or sell. In fact my stash is filling up fast with above average item in 1.03 perspective, that means such equipment allow you to complete inferno 1.04, and that selling in AH is way too slow.

lololol assuming if there is even any decently priced decent equips at all available there that is.

as sangtupperware said, ppl would actually prefer selling at RMAH compare to selling good stuff for gold, since gold is like water in D3 atm

like i said, econ is effed atm, gold useless, RMAH all the way, how to recover? how long would it take for the econ to even recover? as per the convo with sangtupperware.

in another sense blizz already cheaped the game to a state where honestly players dont even need AH to progress anymore.

80% or above of available gears are already degraded to trash when 1.0.4 hit. in another words, blizz just gave u a hike in "trashy" equips in comparison to before patch, i rly feel sry for those that spent cash buying gears before 1.0.4 lol

D3 finally sees a sign to get rid of the AH3's shadow

from my point of view...my 2 cents...these trend are realizing..

1) gold botters are turning to item hunter (u can read them in their website)...therefore gold is decreasing in the economy..but current gold still there..
2) player wanted to sell their item for ridiculous price..
3) player awareness on the economy are becoming higher..never buy expensive equipment/ overpriced..noticed how quality item not selling in AH cuz of the high price?...

resulting...

1) no gold supply..but instead item will be flooding the market..since botters already go item hunting..
2) higher priced item in gold will not sell..no gold supply
3) ppl changed to RMAH..since good item put in AH is not sell-able, unless u wanna sell it very cheap, or a gold grinding maniac?..good item very cheap like 20K?...

at this point i just hoping the AH just crash n burn...lol..too overpriced..

im getting off my mf gear, if anyones looking for mf can look for me. intel mf gear.

wanna add in some opinions as well:
1. when more items are on AH, soon they will be an oversupply, prices will eventually get cheaper
2. not everyone is welcoming the processing tax on RMAH (USD1 to blizz, additional 15% if using paypal), until now AH still has more items on sale compared to RMAH.
3. gold supply will eventually increase in the long run, and the value will drop.
4. ppl will buy less stuff from AH in the long run until blizz come out with something (either new harder levels, new items)

all in all, i doubt blizz is gonna let AH crash down since it is still their source of $$$.
