What I do is:
Day 1: Chest/tricep
Day 2: Bicep/Back
Day 3: Rest/swimming/sports
Day 4: shoulder/traps
Day 5: Legs
Day 6: Rest/swimming/sports
Day 7: Rest/swimming/sports
Abs every 3 days. Working good so far.
