QUOTE(nairud @ May 20 2008, 09:42 AM) How did you get him not to bite? i dunno ... at first a lil then everytime i catch his neck he wud b aggresive i juz told him no no no then he ok liao hahahah err i still training him not to poop around and the main one is runnin out when the gate opens le .... got him to do down liaoa hehehnot to run out when opening gate? I heard this trick from one GR owner last time. leash him up. tie it somewhere where his maximum reach with the leash is at the gate parameter. open your gate with him on leash. i forgot the rest of the details already but it worked for the GR. Eukanuba? he does shed like both of them but he's on Nutro b4 this, i guess you'll have to switch back to Nutro lamb and rice and observe from there. How to train JRT not to run out when someone opens the gate, my russell keep running out of the house and day by day the runs further and further. I'm so worried he get banged by car or something, and later he got kutu and stuff when he comes back.

huhu, Finally this thread is not dead. JRT is a very active dog, my Russell he run not stop, and I talk to him always, everyday I'll stroke him and talk to him.
-confession time- That day he was playing with the water hose with me. He kept bitting it and keep pulling it all over my garden, then I was angry because I put it together then he mess up again, I use the hose and beat him but accidently kena his eye. Then he kept shouting and I was shocked, because I didin meant to hit his eye, then I sayang him back then keep apologizing, then he show me those pity face and his close the eye I ter-hit. I was so afraid, I keep sayang back that eye and apolofize non stop. At last he nothing, still can run around, eye no problem alrdy. I was so afraid, I almost cried. Then I feed him so much treat and hug him. |

QUOTE(aragorn2976 @ Nov 12 2008, 09:34 AM) Wahhh.. How old is your Russell? 2 plus ady loh, Russell also, he doesnt like the lawn mower and motorcycle, he will bite the wheel. My Rusty is soo hyperactive. He doesn't like the lawn mower and whenever we take it out, he will bite the wheel. After the engine starts, he will run away because he doesn't like the sound. When we try to put it back, he will again bark and bite at the wheel. Just last night, I was quite angry with him for nipping me after I tried to prevent him from humping the pillow. I threw him out of my room and the other dog, Snoopy came up to lick me all over. As if to say, "Don't throw me out too... " They are hyper but also very entertaining. Dogs are just so cute right QUOTE(nairud @ Nov 12 2008, 09:47 AM) You din organize? hahas |
