They can give many reason and spin off story. I highly suspect they have prob from tnb main contractor. Probably money at play.

Cherry is using brick but olive is IBS. It is in the house spec under structure. But nowadays even brick has many types. Unlucky if the contractor using low cost brick to gain more profit.

Abandon because after the last flood they keep korek2 to deepen the lake. After that the majlis just abandon the place with no enviroment restoration.

Need to wait... the extended highway latar highway to perak and highway to klang, super hospital will happen in 5years time. After that this place will boom, like shah alam the old days. But i do like it now, highway is smooth and place is not crowded.

Night life is far from entertaiment like kl subang shah alam or pj. Can sleep peacefully smile.gif. Many restaurant offer low to moderate price. Satay still at 80sen. Nasi lemak have bigger portion of rice sambal and egg.

Puncak bestari 2, puncak alam. soft launch, 7 oct saturday puncak bestari. Invited only. Please do make them a call. 1st phase 90 house gated guarded, 1 at main entrance and 1 into the 1st phase. Got the info and share to interested member.

Puncak bestari 1 cendana already increase value price to ~~200k since first phase since 2015.

I bought at rm580k inter. Before me, my neighbour bought during soft launch is rm520k for end lot. Now is rm680k inter. Discount need to call them as it change according to sales.

I also dont believe at 1st. But She show me the calculation made by his bank agent for end lot. Shes a gov servant. Not from whb. But she book it during expo or something like this, i think it call soft launch.

Anyway ijm just start new project beside pb 2, land clearing is under way. The new ijm condo is still not fully sold, they already start a new one smile.gif.

LBS project emmm i hope they make a short cut road through latar. Dont know what project they make, no ones know their project phase layout

Worldwide and ijm ok, they only said about dash project at pnck perdana. They never promise on short cut road or whtever.
