if i'm not mistaken most of the units are sold already.
The price is very reasonable and this township got hypermarket - Tesco.
Very nice place and good for investment

consider ok la, for landed house ...

as for tesco .... not sure when but in planning...

im one of the early buyers there... they said gonna build tesco and giant there. uitm main campus will be in puncak alam by 2015 (i think).
a lot of lecturers buying housed there already. and there will be a new highway currently build (i forgot whats the name) to ease access to other cities.
overall, i think its a good investment in the long run

afaik, the highway will be DASH which will commence in Nusa Rhu area (Puncak perdana). However, i came across Metrogen's page on their Xara project in Nusa Rhu, mentioning bout Sprint 2. Anybody have idea where the highway commence?

I think shud be expiring on 2107. Typo maybe. The new highway called DASH in planning but not sure when it will commence.

Hopefully DASH contruction will start the soonest. Anyway, there also another new highway plan for this area called Sprint 2. Don't know how true it is.. see here http://www.metrogen.com.my/xara-location.html

Landed dsl house also already completed & few owners already move in.

Anyone can share about the quality of this house built by WWH ??
