not sure how it works now...cos i heard they change the system...

but the way i know it,resit = didnt carry more than 5 papers,sit for exam,no need go for classes.
more than 5 papers in a year and cant clear = repeat,need to attend classes all over again and sit for exam.

they follow year de...
if ur timetable got time for u to repeat,u can just attend the class and repeat that year de...ok one if the subject is available.
but repeat need pay more need rejoin the classes and do those assignment everything again..
thats why resit still ok xD
