VS 2003, syntax color

any1 hav any idea where to dl the plugin to differentiate the syntax in VS like the code below...cos normally when i type tat line it will be all in black..only certain syntax will be in different color...im not too sure how to explain haa..but i hope u get wat i mean

Yea, I would assume he is refering to Visual Studio, but what code is that? Not familiar for me.
