casing : cm elite 311  -->make sure the shop quoted u the model with "Plus" one, with USB3.0
mobo : asus p8z77-m  --> if I3 2100, i think better stick with B75 Chipset motherboard,save cost
cpu : i3 2100  --> u check with shop, now i3-2100 eol and change to i3-2120.
gpu : sapphire 6850 --> it is good if u still can found this at shop, if not then can consider 7770
psu : enermax naxn 500w --> ok one, another option is FSP HEXA 500W same price.
ram : Gskill 4gb 1333mhz  --> GSKILL TOP of the TOP, BEST of the BEST (Their Tshirt slogan !) 
hdd : 500gb  --> go for WD 1T if budget allow.
dvd : 22x dvdrw --> no comment.

Maybe it was really bad luck in your case. I managed to get one to one exchange for my maximus v gene when I accidentally damaged the CPU socket pin

Whatever casing of your choice.

RM 4.1k+/- depending on your casing. Intel Xeon 1230V2 is almost a no brainer CPU choice considering that is is like a 3770 but priced at 3570k's price. Slightly overkill for gaming but at this kind of price, the extra value that you are getting from your money is well worth it. Only reason to actually use the M board is for the extra slots of sata connectors. You can save some money using ASRock Pro 3 board which doesn't have DVI connector (not that it matters since the CPU has no IGP). GTX670 will deliver over 60FPS on a 1080p screen.

no wonder when I bought that time the seller din't give me any box, just sealed with wrapping plastic only, probably someone bought the casing and don't want the casing.... (that time I am still very noob in hardware, everything make sense now)

I think I will cont using this psu, since my pc only require 200++ watt, hehe.
