recently my dell laptop died..? it beeps 2 times and google said it is ram problem..should i change my 3 year old laptop's (cost $3,000.00) ram or buy this cpu?

really headache..is lifespan of a laptop 3.5 years..?

i use it everyday heavily.. if yes..maybe i should just change it..

Any more recommendation? I can add in the wifi function later to the (motherboard?) right? Because the desktop may needs no wifi.. Just usb port for my broadband is enough.. Thanks again sifus..
