Looking forward for Setiangle's launching of 240 units of boutique residences.

In btw, there is another empty commercial lands belongs to WCT opposite Bandar Bayuemas, i.e., on the right hand before exit right to Jln Langat/ Kesas, if we came from Banting/ Jenjorom to BBT.

Bandar Bestari also plan to built some high rise apartments, shopping malls and urban village walk in future....it will be excited to see what happen in next few years in this upcoming areas....

BBT is already quite vibrant and develop. I think price will not be cheap.

Ambang Botanic's G&G terance house with size of 2,200 sq feets in this area are selling at around 750K.

But let wait for the official lauching of the SPS project.
