Anybody got any information on the upcoming setiangle project by sps at bukit tinggi klang?
This project will consist of resedential - probably service apartment, retails, corporate n entertainmet hube - kinda same concept like setiawalk at puchong.

It's from SPS office. Target lauch date is Q4 2012.

SPS try to copy the same in Klang but couldnt get Cinema there. But SW is the landmark in Puchong now

Looking forward for Setiangle's launching of 240 units of boutique residences.
In btw, there is another empty commercial lands belongs to WCT opposite Bandar Bayuemas, i.e., on the right hand before exit right to Jln Langat/ Kesas, if we came from Banting/ Jenjorom to BBT.
Bandar Bestari also plan to built some high rise apartments, shopping malls and urban village walk in future....it will be excited to see what happen in next few years in this upcoming areas....

I'm interested in the residential apartment. Worth to invest? Wat say fellow taikor??
Sps has very good track record building vibrant township, attracting very good tenant especially comercial side. However this project is sandwich between aeon and tesco...how r they going to compete and what is their ups?

Ambang Botanic's G&G terance house with size of 2,200 sq feets in this area are selling at around 750K. But let wait for the official lauching of the SPS project.
