yes, like master unicorn mentioned, i'm on custom rom CNA3.4 to be specific. Some other custom roms also have weather reports on lock screen.

If you don't want custom rom, u can try widget locker and put your favourite weather reporting widget on it

Laggy MIUI is due to MIUI themselves. If you want smooth MIUI, you can go find gingerbread based MIUI and flash it to the GNex tongue.gif

there are some SIII look alike rom for Gnex too, not sure about SENSE. Also you can try paranoid rom for tablet UI

It may not officially supported yet but I've manage to save offline maps from Johor all the way to Penang based on a post from a fellow member here.

Start with Johor + SG and save it, then slowly move up little by little via the western coast line and save the rest.

Same gapps just need to save start from JB then slowly work your way up. Something like tricking the app LOL

BTW I tested navigation with these offline maps, it sort of works. You still need data for the routing and voice directions. Once u setup the route u can cut the data and navigation will work using offline files. Voice navigation will be replaced by a 'ding'

Why do you still need led apps if you are using CNA? the built in led control is already very good!
