 Venice Hill 9th mile Cheras, how is their prices now ?

Moved in 9 years ago & been staying there ever since. Brought it from a singaporean for half the price that he initialy paid to the developer. Nice place to stay at really. Quiet & peaceful. As for the african tenants, yes, there are some here as well but really not as much as other condos of the same price range. I thinked it's because of the remote location & lack of amenities around the area. It's a real inconvinience if you do not have any means of transportation to go around the area. The management wise, could be better but i still have faith in this place. The above is purely my personal opinion.

2 squash courts in working condition, gym not well maintained as most of the workout machines have broken down, the pool as usual looks great & well maintained. The lifts, well i stayed at tower 8 & there are 4 lifts catering for 8 units per floor, so if 1 breaks down, it doesnt really matter. The place once have all the critieas & right ideas to be a high end condo but i thinked the developer somehow ran out of money resulting in shoddy workmanship & not so perfect end product. again the above is based on my personal opinion only.

I am staying in a 1399 ft2 unit & pays a monthly maintanance of almost Rm200 per month. Management fund wise healthy or not i do not really know the whole picture. It's not ideal i supposed. Tower 7 & 8 should have the less foreigner as it's the last 2 towers from top of the hill. The walk up the hill can be really exhausting if you don't have a car or bike. As for parking lot, 5 levels are available for tower 7 & 8. Only 3 levels are occupied so far. So, parking is no hassle at all if you have more than 1 car. Just need to know which lot is vacant to park your 2nd car. Hope this helps. Have a nice day.
