Anyone know if their property price now is higher than the original purchase price or lower ?
Any increase in value these few years ?

the value stagnant and might even drop...crazy place to live in or rent out

Failed because the boss a con man....like Talam la....but how their prices now ? Any better now ?

This is the first property i intended to buy year 2008, but my agent friend told me forget bout it, better look at Ketumbar Hill. Years later, Im shock to find out Kemtubar value has increase around 30% over.. Where VH sees not much changes. But with whobbly 1500 sft selling at 160k is pretty alluring, can get the drolling forest hill some more. But ive heard this condo flood by negro around. If you wouldnt mind their existent. By all mean, no where around can get similiar price region.

U mean a lot of robberies ? Isn't there security and guardhouse ? The car park inside or outside of the guardhouse ?

Not roberries. But if you ask me to stay with a bunch of foreigners, I personally is not comfortable.

There is one advantage I can think of....less kids around..

If foreigner issue is not permanent, unlike if theres any major defect.
But if the price remains stagnant but everything around goes up skyhigh, i think there will b a time when pple will consider this place. Coz of d price.
But stil do u all think d negro will stay permanent here?

Between kids and "those" foreigners, I will choose the former.

Negroes because it is cheap. If the property and rental price goes up, they will leave. But in order for that to happen, it depends on the maintainence company.
