I'll also vote for the Intel 330.
As stated, current SSDs are still backwards compatible with very old SATA hardware. But you might not see much performance difference due to weak CPU performance.
That benchmark looks correct for your SSD bottlenecked by SATA 3.0 GB/s. All is fine.

i saw from a website saying plextor pro is better than intel 520 is it really true for people using plextor?

coz was researching for 120gb SSD ++
256gb is too exp for me.. my budget is around rm500
so i think i should get 128gb m5pro

just installed m5pro 128gb into my brother's g55 the reboot & shutdown speed is superb.. =D
