Since that SSD drives are quite good in reading and writing speed, is it good to use it to store Windows pagefile or Linux swap?

some says good, some says it'll worsen and shorten the lifespan of the SSD.

if it is good, I'm going to buy a small and good SSD for my gaming rig.
