I juz finished the online assesment last part but unfortunately, i was unable to complete all the problem solving (calculation) questions..18 questions in 18 mins..wow..that was fast..but i oredy submitted and said they will give notification by emel if i pass the assessment.the question is, do i still got a chance for the next stage even if i didnt manage to complete the last 18 questions? 

It takes how long between the date u finished the online assessment and and the phone interview.

last two week i got a phone call interview (sort of) from SBSC Malaysia (shell business service centre), asking me on what i am doing now, what is my expected salary and so on.

After managed to answer those questions, one week later, i got an invitation for attending an interview (SRD) from them and I went to the interview, and been told that I was a shortlisted ones meaning that I able to get through the interview.. Then they said they will give me a call within two weeks (today is the 3rd day).

The question is; did I get the job? Why must use "shortlisted" term if I manage to get the job? Is that possible that I did not get the job? If so, why they must inform me during the interview that I succeed the interview?

I have no idea why different... Mine 18 questions was like "I'm the person who is:" then rate 4 different criteria from 1-5... i din see decision making, problem solving typed of questions...

Kinda disappointed with the assessment system... haven't got to my resume already regretted.

Don't worry...the f2f interview is very easy...at least mine was...just speak from experience and you will pass...

If you pass, we might meet at SRD...too bad I can't make it for the 1st session...maybe joining the 2nd session...

Yea i was invited to one of the SRD in April...but I couldn't make it...have smth on those 2 days...so they r rescheduling me into another session...

Hopefully I wont panic and stumbled there. Most importantly I hope I wont talk craps

Awesome. After sending an email enquiry i received an email telling me they would like to invite me for an interview. It says a "scheduling coordinator will contact you in the near future to make necessary arrangements"

Does anyone know the process for this? I am currently overseas so will they call me out of the blue and start interviewing or would they call me to schedule for an interview at a later date?

kind of weird, instead of calling me, they send me an email with a redirect link to pick a schedule for my interview, and my interviewer is from (comm and tech?) meaning i am going to get an interview about an IT position?

oh crap...dont really wish to be in IT anymore after the experience that i'm having now at my current company

anyway...attending the interview next wed, all the best to myself, and hope that no more programmer job!!!

btw, where is shell house KL? reachable by public transport? 

....it has become a habit in Malaysia for people to give preferences to their own race and SHELL is no exception. My interviewer was cold as an ice...attended it this week.
