thanks a lot...actually i just rejected the offer ...after doing some serious thinking ..i decided that it's very uncertain about my career path
and future if shell were to be outsourced...i heard that benefits will be the same for 2 years and y ou will have to follow the outsourcing companies terms after that even if they decided to lay u off for other reasons..such as redundancy..well im quite sad because if i go to shell then the salary is almost doubled what i earned now...but job security is important too..
There isn't anything better than a good battle field for you on your career progression while you still have 2 years solid exposure with alot of learning experiences. Experience is the best teacher and could you be possible looking a guaranteed of well-paid job in nowaday and staying there forever for the rest of your career? Be real and have your awareness on the new MNC working culture. Build your own good working profile, let it be your future own business references guidance or an easy access to other reputable MNC. This should be your so call job security rather than those paper certificate. If only age and time holding yourselves, my apologies on giving such comments here.Added on August 23, 2007, 7:40 am
