anyone have gone through the 1st stage interview yet? what questions should i expect. how should i prepare and does reading from the website help? this is my first time ever going to an interview and i hear people say shell has the toughest interview sessions among all Oil n gas companies. i dun wanna ruin this chance! help please...

I just called them 2 days ago trying to follow up and then suddenly i got an email today that i couldn't attend the 2nd stage interview. they said that they dun hav any available positions. so the 1st stage interview I passed was just a waste???

although i was emailed a few months ago notifying me that there are no available positions, however i juz got an email from shell calling me up for the 2nd stage interview. it will be on18-19th august miri. any1 else being called too?
