most of the case, if you had turned down a company's invitation for interview, it will be recorded in their HRD system. well, if you wish to have a second chance, just call up the HR and tell them why you missed the chance the last time round. with proper explanation, i believe they will willing to give you another chance. just handle it the professional way. i dont wanna ask them directly becoz i still have another commitment somewhere else.
