Me too, I have been notified via email that there will be an interview needed to be scheduled with one of the Scheduling Coordinators .

Yet, I am not sure its gonna be telephone interview or face-to-face interview .

Just a tip: don't wait. Do things, find other work. Got a person in my SRD group wait 11 months before he was called for the final assessment. There's no timeframe qhen they will call. If they want to hire more,  they will do more SRDs. But if not, , waiting la.

Pretty fun. Just chill out and you'll be fine. Also, they made a point to introduce us to the people who are actually running things so I tried to make the most of that and sell myself to the hiring manager, the plant manager, the other staffs. They aren't assessing but you can ask them questions. Case study is hard. No denying that. And you'd think if you made it that far the least the candidates can do was participate/don't f*** up the group discussion....nope. some guys just don't get teamwork. Pretty obvious there. Be logical. Be aware of their living codes they live by: safety, innovation, sustainability.  Any choice you make, base it on these and in these order. Sleep well. I couldn't sleep and i screwed up.

Thanks for the advice. Guess there'll be all kinds of people in the team exercise, that's one thing we can't prepare for. How long before they get back to u?

Just to update for those who are interested.
I'm a fresh graduate holding a BEng (Civil and Structural) from University of Melbourne. Applied for Shell in March but found out the recruitment process is super long. So as advised, I took up employment elsewhere (highly recommended) with AECOM in KL for the time being. Position that I was gunning for were discipline engineering, project engineering and well engineering.

Here's my SRD progress so far.
11/3/2015: Online Test Part 1 (Received), submitted on the same day.
12/3/2015: Online Test Part 2 (Received), submitted on the same day.

[3 Weeks Later]
02/04/2015: Telephone Interview
09/04/2015: TI result and information of advancement into SRD

[10 Weeks Later]
17-18/06/2015: SRD in Miri (6 Prospective Candidates)
20/06/2015: SRD Results via e-mail (Only 2 of us passed)

[15 Weeks Later]
16/09/2015: Found position, awaiting educational and medical checks.
*will update once I get the latest information*
Once you've completed the 1st competency test, you should receive a 2nd email stating the 2nd part of the online test. Within this email, a link to the second test will be provided and you have to complete it within a week of receiving it or else they will assume that you wish to withdraw your application. All the best!
