I stay in Puchong for 6 years.
So far, the traffic is still ok, not very congested like what u said.
In KV, everywhere is jammed during the peak hour la.

hahaha that;s y u r used to it already. i m not from kl previously. i cant stand for the jam i must say. puchong only 1 way out and 1 way in. township design wise is not good enough. hahaha
*
Well, I would say there are still many ways in and out from Puchong.
If u r familiar with Puchong, u won't say it.
I doubt that u had stayed in Puchong before.

Yeah, an agent offered me a unit of Solace at 400 psf. I declined and told him I will wait for 300 psf since so many forummers are feeling negative about Puchong.

I'm the owner of one of the units. Price 'Falling dramatically' isn't something I want to see but i'm just concerned. Since I'm not local, any advice from people living nearby would be of help.
*
The price won't fall dramatically unless there is economic crisis.
The Malaysia economic is doing quite good with 4th Q 2012 growth 6.4% and growth at 5.6% for the whole year 2012.
Also, the year of 2013 is expected to be better than 2012.
Therefore, the price will move up instead of moving down.

RM 400 psf? Bumi lot at lowest floor n undesire view ah?

RM 500 psf for non bumi I heard a lot, but nvr as low as RM 400 psf, even if really flood into SW retail, also wont sell as desperate as RM 400 psf.

See USJ One Avenue, basement parking was flood last year, most cars were hit n critical repair needed but still the price stagnant just for 2-3 months and now increased at least 5%.
*
If it is 400 psf, I will be the first one to grab it.

Wawasan residents think that inflow traffic from LDP directly to SW (see red yellow below) would pose danger to vehicles turning from Persiaran Wawasan to LDP, while Bdr Puteri residents think that outflow traffic from SW to LDP (see blue arrow below) would pose danger to vehicles turning from LDP to Persiaran Puteri.

The concerned parties have agreed to meet in early March to find a resolution for this long outstanding item.

The concept is different.
Setia Walk is for live/learn/work/play whereas The Zest is only for live

Hey guys, new here.
Interested in the Trigon @Setiawalk.
Any info on this? already started selling for quite some times?
What's the price now? Is it worth to get for ownstay/investment?
Personally kinda like SetiaWalk concept.

Only left units with price over 1 million ringgit.
