i prefer seri kembangan than puchong. puchong really damn jam man, i stayed in puchong for a year before, really cant stand for its traffic.

good point bro but i stayed these 2 areas before, at least for me i will prefer to stay in SK, go lepak at puchong sometimes. hahahaha coz im staying beside of ktm station, super convenient for me to go work.

Agree that SPS dun deliver good building quality, the Setia Eco Glades SD quality is suck!
But we must agree that SPS has the best in terms of credibility, township development is their strength, based on overall rating (qualitative & quantitative), she won 5 No. 1 spot in the last 6 years The Edge Best Developer Award.
Looking at investment point of view, SPS clearly has the edge over others.
FYI, we hv some old BK SD which has 1950sf only, majority only 2500sf, new bungalow with 2700sf-2900sf also hv.

Just curious, does property come in categories?

Like Honda City and Toyota Vios, Honda Accord and Toyota Camry, we automatically categorize them as same category.
It is not possible to compare a Toyota Estima with a Toyota Vios... both comes with air-con but only the premium one comes with dual zone control ...

So, I wonder if all the projects in the list comes in the same category or different category? 

I was at SP Setia Sky residence showroom few weeks ago, the salesman explained, SP Setia is no different to a big manufacturer, they specifically own different division to handle different projects, the common one around KL - SetiaWalk, Setia Sky and Setia City.... are all handled by different division and aims on different audience...

The owners are quite idealistic. They want ZERO Pak H.

It's like let say you are a single working lady ( probably a sweet air stewardess ) and you enter the SW lift, together there are 2 Pak H in the same lift ....
