It wound be rent out to African....the marketing company is cheating you. I've 5 units at Setiawalk, all rent out, we r choosing tenant carefully, if rent to African, sure will lower down Setiawalk image n depreciate!

Last time R3 got 1 African tenant, always make noise after drunk, and we found out the tenancy agreement was applied by Malay as tenant. After that, we kick the African out n warned the agent!!!

I just realized R1 and R2 got some many PH...all of my units are at R3... It will lower Setiawalk if so much PH hanging ard there....if want to kick PH, we much have very strong community, talk to management....if PH break the condo rules, make noise, criminal, etc, we have right to kick them out.....

I donno y other owners rent to African? They donno how to invest also....renting out unit is wait for good timing to sell at good price...but they rent to African, building image and standard already downgrade, how can appreciate? I've 5 units at R3, I even leave it vacant rather than rent to African.....

Rent out only cover loan. Only Sell out the unit with good price is REAL investment!!!!

I'm not flipping....normally I bought many units with my friends, then we control supply for the project....normally those units will keep for few yrs...

1. Flipping will coz the marketing bursh...
2. Our property investment will let the area grow with healthy appreaciation.

P.S. I hate flipping, especially those fry new projects!!
