Hi on our S&P it says 1396 sf and same for other property websites.
Unsure why it says 1350 on setia walk website, perhaps they have made a mistake.

Has the flood affect interest in Setiawalk greatly?
Would the owners have difficulties renting out or selling their properties at this time?
Has the per sq ft price for r3 n r2 gone down dramatically?

Any advices would be greatly appreciated.

I'm the owner of one of the units. Price 'Falling dramatically' isn't something I want to see but i'm just concerned. Since I'm not local, any advice from people living nearby would be of help.

I personally do not see the point of complaining about things on the forum.

If you are an owner of a unit at SW, say if you are not happy about the Architect certifying completion prematurely, all you have to do is write to LAM - Lembaga Akitek Malaysia and state what is happening.
Enclose photos if possible to bring your case forward.

The committee will investigate and give pressure to both the developer and architect. The architect might risk being removed from the registrar if proven guilty.

The complains here can be jeopardising to the property value of SW and one needs to be careful of their non contructive complains which aren't going anywhere.

If we have 99.9%, then it's already a very positive picture.

I am doing up my unit now, with good input in ID, in the hope that I would attract good quality tenants.
I already have friends renting out to Japanese and Koreans in R3 and I don't see why ppl give in so quickly and rent to PHs.
