Hi, any agent here who would be able to give us some advice.
Has the flood affect interest in Setiawalk greatly? Would the owners have difficulties renting out or selling their properties at this time? Has the per sq ft price for r3 n r2 gone down dramatically? Any advices would be greatly appreciated. |

I personally do not see the point of complaining about things on the forum.
If you are an owner of a unit at SW, say if you are not happy about the Architect certifying completion prematurely, all you have to do is write to LAM - Lembaga Akitek Malaysia and state what is happening. Enclose photos if possible to bring your case forward. The committee will investigate and give pressure to both the developer and architect. The architect might risk being removed from the registrar if proven guilty. The complains here can be jeopardising to the property value of SW and one needs to be careful of their non contructive complains which aren't going anywhere. |
