Is the current price of RM500psf justifiable or is it under priced (versus Trigon) + the future LRT station that would be build just right infront of Setia Walk's main entrance + developed by SP Setia (country's No.1 developer in The Edge Malaysia Top Property Developers Awards for 6th time, the only developer to have achieved this feat since the inception of the awards).

The price for a 1007sf has reached in a region of RM545K to RM550K.

Could any Setia Walk folks advice me what's the current rental price for 1007sf?

There is one unit transacted at RM545K for the size of 1007sf.

mid-floor, it was a posting that I read but it's yet to be verified.
I would need to check with the valuer.
