Very cheapskate developer this sp setia...look at the ugly tiles believe is 1x1...still got developer use this kind of tiles?
The lobby metal roof omg!...at least put some glass or the least poly also ok lah!
The swimming pool also like some cheap medium cost apartment type and the odd size is like last minute squezz in a pool thing!
Dun know why they r always like that...ie ecopark semi d with only buildup of 2800sf...where got semi bu 2800sf? Again cheapo developer save construction cost

Agree that SPS dun deliver good building quality, the Setia Eco Glades SD quality is suck!
But we must agree that SPS has the best in terms of credibility, township development is their strength, based on overall rating (qualitative & quantitative), she won 5 No. 1 spot in the last 6 years The Edge Best Developer Award.
Looking at investment point of view, SPS clearly has the edge over others.
FYI, we hv some old BK SD which has 1950sf only, majority only 2500sf, new bungalow with 2700sf-2900sf also hv.

if u claim to be so many no.1 and u follow what others do bad(lousy spec and build up), whai is so special about Setia products?
ooops just saw today's star many semi-d in ecopark cf already but still selling by developer!!

Really 苦口婆心, coming from someone who has probably vested in SW.

Much that they want to open the joints together but due to the tenants are not coming in fast enough, it has come to a point that those have rented out could not wait any further, waiting further will costs them losing more rental.

This is really a catch 22.

If rental is the main show stopper for tenants to come in, that should be fixed. And I agree, if TGV opens in the current state, I am afraid it will not sustain.

Again is all about the capability of the developer in commercial prop

Setiawalk will never be a white elephant. Infact this place has spruced up the image of Puchong. Many propery agents are calling owners to let go their units for fast commission. Wise investors should have more holding power, without letting go their units. Owners should teamed up together to make sure that their properties are valued properly and rentals charged liberally. The water features with excellent landscape is one of the kind & Puchongites should appreciate its esthetic values...rather then b****ing about it.

If you view it from a higher perspective, the entrance to Brio is indeed elegant and auspicious: 2 rows of welcoming "Water Pillars"  just right in front of the vigorous apartment! Well the mess in front of Sector7 should be temporary but it shouldn't be there in the first place.

When u hv commercial and residential at the same place ..this is = messy ...noise, rubbish, smell , strangers, people smoking cigarettes every where...worse still if attached with pubs and clubs...People vomitting everywhere and we hv seen drunk fella licking on glass panels
We experienced retails lots (clubs and pubs) with office upstairs..the vibration and noise at nite really tak boleh tahan...even office tenant try to avoid

Actually i tend to open my windows most of the time, and the noise is loud enough to drown out the TV at times.  It's 2.15 am now and The Beer Factory is still playing loud dance music which can easily be heard all the way to R3. I think there's a law against noise pollution such as this where the outlets cannot play loud music past 12 am or something. Will check it out and definitely bring it up to the Management next time I go there.
