SW is slowly but surely becoming the place to give your family and friends a special treat every now and then, especially those living in Puchong and surrounding areas. At the moment 41 F&B outlets are already opened. Four more are under renovation. The status of another two more (Killiney and Italian restaurant/Amedio?) is unknown. Total of 47 F&B outlets. Getting very crowded, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings. At least 13 outlets are pub/bistro serving alcohols and are opened till 1am. Need to improve traffic flow within SW. Otherwise it is going to be difficult for residents to go to or leave their car parking bays during prime time!

Today i just went to setia walk cinema, it only RM10 for 1 movie ticket @.@

Then the parking is only Rm1 for 2 hr @.@

Then alot of chinese lim teh and minum there @.@

Alot of student too @.@

May i know What is the current and future estimate rental for single,medium,master and studio after lrt completed?

Whether it is Assam House, Barn, Wong Kok, Overseas or Kaseh the price is at about the same level as the set lunches offered by Barbera, Tappers and Horoscope. Lunch costs about RM10- RM14 inclusive of a simple drink/soup for one person.

i think the reason why spsetia is not concentrating on SW is bcoz they have bigger project. even bigger than setia alam.

My case might be isolated at Absolute Viet, but i never got to try if the food here was good... food came wrongly, then the food never came till 8 tables finish their food late (take note i was one of the first there), then after i did complain to 2 waiters and the manager i believe, i said i did not want to eat then he came and serve me my food... I told him no and he said "WHY DIDN'T TELL ME IF GOT PROBLEM EARLIER?" I was like what? i did and u were not the first to hear my complain.... with a rude face from the start to the end then he took my food away... Only salvation, the waiter apologized nonstop... I will go there again but NEVER again to that RUDE, and IRRESPONSIBLE MANAGER!!

Dear SW comrades, we would like to propose a casual get-together this evening (may31) around 730pm at one of the cafes in Puchong.

Well, the intention is to get to know each other and get acquaintedd before the June8 rendezvous with SW mgmt.

As it is a casual meeting, let's take it as a TGIF but perhaps we can briefly brainstorm/share what we can/must/can't/shouldnt do for our beloved apartmennt.. :-)
